seriously bad! No excuses whatsoever. Urgent introduction of psychometric evaluations of cops applying & followed up annually. Of course, this will only be effecdtive if senior cops etc are also tested! This has been long coming & hopefully something posit5ive will come of it although I have zero expectations!
