  1. We have an “anti-Islamic, anti-elitist movement that tends towards conspiracy theories and sees everything in black and white” here in the U.S. They are Republicans and ‘Tea-baggers.’

    Recall in 2009 when the Department of Homeland Security put out a memorandum outlining the far-right threat. It triggered a backlash among Conservatives who requested a retraction and an apology.

    To study and report such threats would require proaction. The U.S. is only proactive when it comes to illegal invasions and occupations. When it comes to foreign and domestic defense, the U.S. is reactive.

    The bottom line is that the U.S. is offensively proactive, and defensively reactive.
