1. We have similar problems here in South Africa with corruption going all the way to the top as recent court cases testify. A low standard of training also does not help. The general public have lost any trust they may have had and the really bad attitude of police is unbelievable. Arrogant, can’t be bothered, dysfunctional, in fact the whole raft of issues!
