Dear Always Question Authority, please don’t get me wrong – I found this clip very amusing. Yet I would like to know why your blog is so interested in religion when it is something you have already rejected. I, as a less-than-average-intelligence Christian (as you might argue by definition), would sincerely like to know what it is precisely you wish to contribute to the ‘God debate?’ From what I have seen and read on this blog you have a great deal to say, and I have a great deal of sympathy with many of your clearly articulated frustrations. The God/gods you reject are, in many respects the same which religious people must also reject, but does this mean that the God debate ends? I would be very interested in your opinions.

I’m not answering for the blogmeister, but what exactly is meant by the “God debate”? This blogger has a man-crush on Hitchens and, as such, it seems to me the overall philosophy is at least partially found in a couple of Hitchens’ quotes on ‘Authority’ and ‘Faith’ under the Quotes tab.
