salvation army (Stockton rehabilitation center) saved my life, and many others on a daily basis. You really don’t know what they are all about , DO YOU ! You don’t know where the donation go at all. In just the Stockton ARC (adult rehabilitation center) there is a community of 80 men being given a chance to get there lives back. A community of men that every one else has given up on, but the salvation army. they are given chance to prove to themselves that they do matter and they are worth being loved. Those men are given a chance to work at the facility to earn a roof over there head, food on the table, close on there back. Money wise it is free, but you are taught to work again, not to give up when you are down, and to respect others, but mainly to respect yourself. Without the men and women of the rehabilitation centers there would be no salvation army. I urge you to speak to an alumni (like myself ) before you continue slandering the one place that will always pick a man/women up when they are down. PLEASE get the facts…
Please don’t confuse anecdotal evidence with the facts.
I would never give to the Salvation Army anyway. They’re loathsome slimebags who use the front of charity for the specific purpose of indoctinating the vulnerable.
