1. FINALLY! I just cringe when in the wake of disasters so many people dash for their checkbooks with no idea of how that money will be used, where, anything at all. Plus, the news organizations that fan the flames for these fund raising efforts seldom, if ever, followup on whether any of this money ever got to the victims.
