Always Question Authority 
This is a tough one. Progressives are not comfortable with angry black folk. But the thing is, this kind of in-your-face protest, as discomfiting as it may be for some, does work. Sanders is already putting it further forward in his campaign and I suspect HRC will as well. Structural racism is very deeply ingrained and worse for being invisible to most white folk. Civil disobedience has been the only way black America has moved anything forward in this country and even those victories have proven hollow as the Republican Party tries to dismantle the Voting Rights Act of 1965 through legislation and the Supreme Court. Being nice and progressive has done little to dismantle structural racism and probably never will.
