Always Question Authority 
We have the same problems here in South Africa. Gun controls have been tightened and they also limit the amount of firearms one can own plus several plans to request the public to hand in firearms. However, the idiots do not or will not address the fact that criminals will not hand over their firearms. Also very worrying is, in my experience, the owners seem to forget that they have something possibly lethal in their hands and apart from a very limited knowledge, practical and theoretical about the guns they own!
The people behind the firearm should be addressed and prospective gun owners should obtain two psychological reports at their own cost when applying for ownership.
Yeah, and the Fourth Amendment doesn’t even include the terms found in the Second Amendment, “well-regulated” or like the Second Amendment clearly refer to a relationship with militias.
