I third that!
Any reputable scholar of Christian and Judaic scripture, as well as, I suspect Koranic scripture, will tell you the central theme of all Abrahamic scripture is obedience. Now there may have been a time, in the formation of these early societies in the midst of mayhem and a Hobbesian world, that unquestioned obedience to a central authority was necessary for the survival of the tribe, community, or kingdom. But that time is past. Today, with our vast array or resources to gather data, test premises, etc. curiosity and the questioning of authority should be the mantra of a global society.
I agree, we should Always Question Authority!
