Always Question Authority 
So what we need is a political leader sufficiently wise to retain people of competence to steer the ship of state to contain or exploit their natural competitive. Sounds like Lincoln and his cabinet as so well recounted in Doris Kearn Goodwin’s “Team of Rivals.”
