1. This is profoundly depressing. What’s depressing is not so much the actions taken here by white-wing Christian thugs–we know they live in a parallel universe–but the widespread refusal to label this terrorism, especially Christian terrorism. If a bunch of Muslims did this–well first of all they would be dead by now–we know it would be called Muslim terrorism but if you’re Christian, male, white, and arrogantly entitled, you’re just an armed insurrectionist standing up for your constitutional rights. But, no, we’re going to just talk and wait for them to leave of their own accord with not so much as a fine.

   • Insurrectionist!? They, and the media, refer to them as Militia men. Of course, the last time I checked, the Militia is the National Guard. I am not sure how one is able to arm themselves to the teeth, illegally occupy a federal building, and consider themselves a Militia.
