If he’s right (and I think he may be) you may not exist (that’s Dark Energy, not you personally) at all!

I absolutely loved the line “scattered their enriched guts.” There was something charming about that. But then, Neil Degrasse is an incredibly charming man.
He brings up points I have thought of before, near the end, but he articulated in a much more entertaining way, and made the concepts more solid than they were in my head.
