This is awesome!
I’m not sure it matters much if Darwin was Atheist or Agnostic does it Kevin, surely only his thinking and results matter mate. After all the inventor of the term ‘Big Bang’, the late great Sir Fred Hoyle was an extremely religious British Astronomer!
It’s hard to label darwin an athiest in good faith:) The evidence is that he was a former thiest who near the end of his life was agnostic. In his own words: “In my most extreme fluctuations I have never been an Atheist in the sense of denying the existence of a God. I think that generally (and more and more as I grow older), but not always, that an Agnostic would be the more correct description of my state of mind”
Perhaps he would be considered more of an antitheist.
Awesome. Although I would have put Penn under comical critics.
