I see what this is doing, but that’s not what it means or what it’s origins are. http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=blasphemy
The oldest meaning possibly being either “hurtful utterance” or “slack/stupid utterance”. Granted, currently it may as well mean telling people the truth some of the time, but saying “God is a dirty whore and likes to take it in the bum” is probably blasphemy, but isn’t really the truth seeing as there are no gods and it’s hard for a figment of the imagination to take anything in it’s non-existent bum.
