In a vote of 217-213, House Republicans have officially voted to repeal the Affordable Care Act, and replace it with a plan that would strip millions of Americans of their health insurance coverage and give tax breaks to the wealthiest Americans. To a normal person, this would be troubling; however, for a misanthropic, fascistic, extremist political party, it’s cause for celebration—and they did just that! CANNABIS: “Jeff Sessions ‘Surprised’ Americans Aren’t Buying His Anti-Maríjuana Hysteria” / The Humanist Report / Mike Figueredo ☮

Jeff Sessions recently indicated that he would not crack down on states that have legalized recreational marijuana because the Justice Department doesn’t have the resources needed to do so. Nonetheless, he’s been averse to legalization, and has repeatedly stated that he believes it’s dangerous. He recently found out, however, that Americans aren’t buying into his reefer madness, and he was “surprised” by this. Seriously, Jeff?
